There is lots of room on this Web site to post anything of interest to readers. Also, can post digital pictures of events or your "friend" doing something that would amuse the rest of us. So if you have any pictures that you would like posted forward them to me and I will add them to the page.
The club is located in Zanesville, Ohio. The pulls will continue to be held at the "Dow Camron's Field" location at 1470 Old Adamsville Road. We continue to improve the field and our equipment. If anyone has any questions or input to this process please forward your comments to me by clicking on "Send Me A Message" located in the left margin.
We would like to thank those Companies that have provided support to our club through the donation of equipment and/or facilities. We would not be able to put on our pulls without their generous support! Please help thank these supporters of our sport through your patronage.
The club has established a points system equivalent to that used by other clubs. With the success of last season we will continue this awards system. We will continue to have a percentage payback system at each pull in addition to the points system. The current points system allows everyone to enter their tractor in as many classes as they wish yet generate multiple points champions. Please congratulate all the points champions from the 2011 season!
If anyone has any pictures from the first pull they would like to share forward them to me and I will post them on the website. Check out the pictures and results from the pulls.
If anyone would like to join the club via mail you can print out and complete the membership form and send it to:
Tim Hayes
207 Granby Place West
Westerville, Ohio 43081
With a $10.00 check to cover the 2012 annual dues made payable to Muskingum Antique Tractor Club.
If any new pictures were taken please submit them to me and I will add those to this site as soon as I get them. We now have an entire page for this. Check it out!
I will be adding new information to this site as new ideas come up such as pull schedules and events for the 2011 season so keep checking that page.
If you have a club you would like me to include please forward your schedule and any information you want included and I will add them to this site. If you have web sites, I can even add the link if you wish.
As most of you are aware, Rick Hayes was a major contributor to the Club in multiple ways. Due to his passing, the club Directors have decided to suspend the 2012 pull season. If support can be gathered to continue this Club in the future we will post the information to this website. Thanks for your understanding.
We have had a major loss to the tractor pulling community. It is with deep sadness I am letting you know that Rick Hayes died on February 24, 2012. He will be greatly missed by those that knew him. A Memorial Services was held on March 1, 2012 at St Thomas Aquinas Church. The Hayes family would like to express their appreciation of your support.
