This work was stopped due to poor quality of work, and escalation of cost out of control.  Note from the dates on the photos how much time had passed and how little was completed. 

Lessons learned - Need to verify a self proclaimed expert in building Street Rods has evidence of his work.  During the entire time my car was at his shop no project was completed?  Scotts Custom Painting in Thornville, Ohio is not sufficiently equipped or skilled to finish any Street Rod project of this size.  Lots of time and money wasted learning this!
